Developing a calm and stable mind in turbulent times
Weekend course with Sandra Lacueva
Saturday Feb. 27th / 3 pm – 6 pm
By learning to meditate we cultivate the inner causes of happiness—such as peace, balance, and beneficial intentions—that allow us to enjoy any situation we find ourselves in. We are also able to have a more positive approach to difficulties, leading to better relationships at home and work. Go on a blissful journey to transform your life, using Buddhist teachings (Dharma) to guide us along the wisdom path in getting to know and understand our own mind, tendencies and creations. We all wish to be happy and free from suffering and we all have loved ones who we wish we could to help. Yet most of the time we don’t know how to help, or we feel that we make matters worse. By using and applying these wisdom Dharmas in our daily life, we can solve our and others problems. “By training in meditation, we create an inner space and clarity that enables us to control our mind regardless of the external circumstances.” VENERABLE GESHE KELSANG GYATSO RINPOCHE The workshop will include guided meditations, a talk, and an opportunity for questions and answers. All are welcome, regardless of belief or previous experience.
Because of the present Covid-19 situation, it is necessary that you book for every workshop you would like to attend. You can attend only online as live stream. We will send you the link for the workshop after you have paid for it.
